 In the SPA-THEUX-JALHAY area, you'll find this beautiful stone house ready to welcome you for a peaceful stay. With its terrace and barbecue, you'll enjoy a beautiful view over the Hodbomonto countryside. The owner, who lives next door, will be delighted to advise you on possible walks.   
 **Optional Utilities & Service Package**   
 **An optional utilities and service package of EUR 235,00**  can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.  
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.  
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
