- The apartment is a delightful south facing, open plan maisonette apartment located in a very peaceful location on the beautiful Cote d’Azur. It has a bright and well appointed kitchen overlooking the sitting room, dining room and large private terrace, with stunning, unobstructed views of the Mediterranean, La Figurette Harbour and the Esterel Hills. There is a well kept shared swimming pool, which overlooks the sea, is surrounded by greenery and is very privately located (not directly overlooked by any apartments). Whilst the marina, with a few bars and restaurants, and the local beach, are just at the bottom of the hill - about a 10 minute walk.
