It is a haven of peace and quiet in the heart of a tourist region (Saintes, and its motorway exit at 10 minutes, Royan and pl aged 30, Ile d'Aix, Talmon, Rochefort, and a hour drive La Rochelle and Bordeaux)
Ideal for couple or young couple with child.
Large terrace with table, chairs, 2 deckchairs .. Trampoline, swing, ping pong, an adult bike and a kid's bike.
Attention: adult sleeping loft, low ceiling!
