"The only problem we have was that we try to do laundry but only one washer and dryer don’t help when people put clothes to wash and leaving them in there until next day we couldn’t be able to do our laundry."
"This hotel is very pretty and it has the best location very close to the Niagara Falls park just down the road. Room was clean and it has dining options too."
"This is an old school motel and unfortunately, it lacks curb appeal. When you pull in, you first come to a boarded up building that you think is the office and your heart sinks. The outside of the motel units could also use a coat of paint, and there are multiple maintenance projects in progress around the property that give a poor impression. However, the cleaning staff who were working on one of the rooms and saw us kind of lost told us to go all the way into the driveway for the office. The folks in the office were very kind, and the riverfront view and outdoor guest area along the river were very nice. When we got into our room, we were concerned because it too was very dated, including very faded curtains, a kind of crushed lampshade, and a very pink, grandma style bathroom and shower curtain. However, if you look past these aesthetic things, the room was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable, the shower clean, with hot water, excellent pressure, and nice thick fluffy towels. It is clear that the housekeeping staff and owners are focused on rooms being clean and comfortable for guests over being "surface level" pretty. In short, we enjoyed this motel's riverfront access, and a very comfortable bed and shower for a very reasonable price, and all about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park."
"The inroom spa tub was wonderful. The room was clean and really quiet. The bed was good but they need new pillows. The property was nice but parking is not great on the property. There are several city parking lots I front of the hotel but the city was re-paving the surrounding roads and parking lots so it will be better in the future?"
"wonderful hotel we’ve stayed there several times and will definitely stay there again. Very nice hotel nice breakfast nice staff very conveniently located and we feel safe there."
"The room was large and comfortable. We were asked if we wanted a larger room and we agreed to the upgrade. When we first walked into the room it had a musty smell,so we kept the door open for awhile then we stopped noticing the smell.
There are no grab bars in or near the tub shower and I felt unsafe.
It has been a long time since I have had areal key to unlock a hotel or motel room.
We didn’t use the pool, but it looked inviting."
