The host is very easy going and easy to talk to. Our group stayed to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails which we had easy access to from this house. Our host was in contact the entire time and very accommodating. The house was extremely clean, beds were super comfy, and everything we needed was there. We loved the deck that led straight to the utility/laundry area. No muddy clothes in the house. The front deck was covered which was great since we had some rain/snow. We used the firepit area each night! The Blackstone grill was awesome for all our meals! We were extremely close to the trails. No trailering! Gas/groceries/restaurants/car wash were a short ATV drive. The Kentucky state line was only a few miles away. We enjoyed the proximity to different trail heads and attractions! Parking was ideal for 2 trucks and full length trailers. We will definitely be back! Love this clean, neat and comfy home! Oh.. TVs in every bedroom was great!
