Completely restructured and renovated in 2023, Anguilla’s newest waterfront villa has become the perfect Caribbean getaway with stunning views over St Martin from every room on property. Lounge on any of the sun decks boasting cushioned sunbeds or outdoor sofas and gaze over the private pool and onto the expansive coast. Poolside, you will find covered outdoor seating and dining, a BBQ grill and multiple lounge seating. Stroll onto your private wooden dock which stretches into the harbor and take a kayak/paddle board to Little Harbor beach, just a 5 min paddle away. Angel Point combines the perfect indoor/outdoor living with floor to ceiling sliding doors along the deck which completely open allowing the fresh ocean breezes to flow through the villa. The large common area also offers two separate living areas with plush sofas nestled around TV’s and games, perfect for family and friend game nights. Indoors, enjoy a modern kitchen with island overlooking the ocean, complimented by chef grade appliances and enjoy meals on either the interior custom-made wooden dining table or on the outside deck overlooking the harbor.
