"We arrived early and used the luggage storage service and parking. Staff were great and took care of everything. Parking for check in can be a little tricky if there are multiple people arriving at the same time. But, we didn’t have any issues. Although you must pay additional for parking, you are in downtown Seattle and you could pay much more on your own. Area does have some homeless issues, but so does any area of Seattle. But, the doors are locked at night with on site security checking for any issues. Overall the hotel is very clean and is in very good condition. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm, and everything is in walking distance. I will stay here again if traveling to Seattle."
Renaissance Seattle Hotel

"Valet parking was a must. Parking is scarce. Staff was friendly. The restaurant/bar was too short staffed. We had to wait a very long time and our beverages didnt get refilled and we had to go up to the bar just to get our ticket to pay for our meal. The food was decent though. The lights of the freeway looked cool at night. The room was pretty clean."
