  • Welcome to The Tiny Hideaway, a cozy, secluded waterfront cabin tucked away on beautiful Neebish Island. Watch freighters pass from the covered deck, relax by the shoreline, or gather around the bonfire. Bring your own boat to use at the private dock, or enjoy kayaking and fishing. Inside, you’ll find cozy and luxurious finishes, warm wood ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a full bathroom, TV, wifi, and (most importantly) a gourmet coffee machine.

    If you are seeking seclusion and serenity, the Tiny Hideaway is where you need to be! Set on a small, grassy bluff overlooking 1,000 ft of private shoreline on the Saint Mary's River, it is the only home on our privately owned 12 mostly wooded acres.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    Our cabin is SECLUDED! After taking a ferry to get to Neebish Island, it is only reached by a long, 2 track road off of a main road. We check the road before every new guest arrival, but we cannot guarantee fallen branches etc will not be in your path. Please plan accordingly! (We are always happy to help with more serious obstructions like a fallen tree, etc.)

    ACCESS:
    Guests have access to the entire property! Feel free to explore the beach, woods, and trail that our 12 acres and 1,000 ft of water front that our property has to offer.

    WE WANT YOU TO KNOW:
    TheTiny Hideaway is... well, tiny! It's a small, but very cozy space. Please make sure to look through all our photos to see if it's the right fit for you.

    The Tiny Hideaway is also... hidden away! Its located on a small island that is only accessible by ferry or your personal boat. Neebish Island also has no grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations or convenience stores. Sault Sainte Marie is the closest city that has a Walmart and most other conveniences you may want/need. It will take you about 45 minutes to get from the cabin to Sault Sainte Marie, including the ferry ride.
