Rather damp smell in main bedroom, small amount of black mould in the shower. Cooker not very clean but kitchen generally well-equipped (although only one teaspoon). Lounge comfortable and spacious. Poor signage on campsite especially for exit - if you arrive outside reception times, you won't get a map (we arrived after dark and left early the next morning). Very convenient for RSPB Snettisham.

"Very friendly staff and good hotel for swimming, dog friendly, disabled accessible, nice bar and food was good (tho they ran out of some items). Nice golf clubhouse. Room was a bit run down and very warm. Good location to explore Wells, Cromer, Norwich and other areas"

"Great location and lovely hotel. I did see there was a pillow menu but it would be nice to have good pillows on the bed without having to ask for them. The ones we had were foam and quite hard. We had dinner in the Wine Press restaurant which was very good but only realised there was an alternative ..."
