Loews Miami Beach Hotel – South Beach

"+Ve: Hotel rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast is excellent with great service, it is busy but they have an effective system in place to get you seated and served no issue. Good location in Miami Beach. Hotel staff are friendly, the downstairs cafe and bar is nice. Hotel gym is clean and well equipped. -Ve: Hotel pool is very busy and sunbeds are on top of each other. Only disappointment is the daily resort fee charge approx. $56 which covers the use of the hotel facilities, or if it’s not in your hotel booking rate you will be charged this as an addition at check in. The nightly hotel rate should include a total rate which includes using the facilities as standard, for more transparent pricing. In addition if you use the hotel beach loungers you will be charged an additional $38 for an umbrella, or go without. I think this its cheap to charge hotel guest for use of sun umbrella as a hotel guest, especially considering the ‘daily resort fee’ charge."

"It was a little upsetting there was no vending machine on our floor for late night drinks but everything else was top tier. They helped get my sister into the room before I got in town. The bell hop took me back up to my room after I checked out because I left my wallet. I have no big complaints and will book again no doubt. Loved the pool too!"

"My family of 6 had a great time. Every staff member we encountered was extremely kind. We went to market many times by the third trip down they knew us. The property is big and navigating the halls was a bit confusing at times but we found our way eventually. The convenience of everything was top tier. The bbq buffet was delicious. I don’t have a bad thing to say. Would 100 % return and recommend"
