"Check in was super smooth with no issues and added goodie bag! Room was mostly clean aside from some dust bunnies here and there on a hardwood floor. Beds and furniture were clean. Updated and cold A/C was much appreciated. Location to Tail of the Dragon, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg was perfect. Property was well maintained. Neighbors were very friendly. Area was quiet. My only gripe would be swapping out the futon for an actual couch - it was pretty uncomfortable to sit on."

"Loved the areas location. Dinning, shopping, and entertainment were close by. What I didnt like was the outdated furniture, as well as several places on the walls and ceiling needing repair. Overall, very good place for the price."

Excellent food: from Quinoa to Meatloaf, Pizza to Lobster, better than anywhere else (well, my Mom did make better meatloaf but I never got the recipe). On the slightly uncomfortable side: the mattresses seemed overdue for replacement, and there was no reading light either at the desk nor at the comfy chair."

"My stay at Fairfield was a great stay from time of check in til check out the receptionist was a great host the room was amazing the breakfast was great even the lady that prepared the breakfast and made sure everything was out and stocked was great I would most definitely stay here again "
