"It's my home-away-from-home when I work in Bathurst. It comes with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked including some things like olive oil, salt/pepper. The heating options maximise cosiness - the underfloor heating in the bathroom is bliiss. Range of TV options is great. It is a drive into town, but that ensure it's quiet and peaceful. "Great house for 2 families. Beds beautifully made. Expressi coffee machine (with the big pods) provided. Only note was that wifi is new - so house notes seemed out of date - all we had to do was use QR code on bottom of router. Great location. "

"What a great place for a family get together. The rooms were very comfortable and Max and his team went out of their way to make us feel at home. The pool was excellent (a bit cool for me) but the kids loved it I would recommend this house in a heartbeat to any large family group. Plenty of room for bike riding etc and felt very safe for the kids. "

"Good comfortable home, well heated for Bathurst winters. Very handy to central Bathurst and facilities. Access to front door difficult for guests with mobility difficulties or prams, large suitcases, etc, etc.Needs a concrete path from driveway to western end (ie other end to front door) of verandah. Only approximately 1 metre of concrete path needed to change it dramatically."
