My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I also sent messages directly to the hotel and received no response at all. Even Expedia support was unable to get a response from them, which says a lot about their level of customer service. I had a genuine emergency that prevented me from arriving as planned. I wasn’t asking for a refund, only whether it would be possible to move my booking to another date. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

They upgraded my room with bunk beds. Not sure how that’s an upgrade when i was travelling solo for business, had they gave me a lounge, then I guess that’s an upgrade. Showers definitely needed a good clean, mould was evident
