"Not bad, typical hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had to contact the desk right after check-in to have the sheets changed. Found hair and what appeared to be melted cheese on the sheets. They came right away and changed them and said they had recently hired some young people who were not very observant and apologized for the inconvenience. "

"This is great place to stay in the Northern Black Hills, and great place to spend the evening Downtown Spearfish. Our evening started with a stroll through the alley to a Wine shop that had a great back yard. We enjoyed a glass and then made our way to Nona's kitchen, which is one of the best Italian places in South Dakota.. After dinner we made our way to the Tucked Tie, for their specialty drinks. . We were able to walk back up to the Queen City Inn, after a great night in Spearfish....
