Good hotel in general. However, missing a few things and could use helpful improvements:
-Main light in room was not working.
-It took 5 minutes to figure out which handle of the showers controls what and how to get it just right.
-Hotel doe not have amenity to print boarding passes for flight
-Outdoor skyline deck is locked at 8PM
-Walls are not sound-proofed at all and next door guests sound almost as if in your room

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great location and excellent service. Highly recommend! I will definitely come back :-)
