"The property is gorgeous, my room was lovely and the staff was very welcoming to a tired and jet lagged traveler. Upon arrival I had no rupees and while the hotel does not have an ATM they kindly helped me to go to the property across the street to use the ATM. The staff also helped secure prepaid taxis to get around the city. The location is very close to the airport, just a few minutes by taxi. "We only stayed one night in this property. The location is excellent - very close to The Gate of India meaning that you can walk to a number of different places eg colaba causeway. The property itself is quite hidden away and doesn't look that impressive from the outside, however inside it is very well set up. It is quite small so not on the scale of much larger hotels.
