"Great place to stay in Petaluma. Frank is an excellent host, very communicative, kind, and helpful. The place itself is great, has everything you need and is a short walk to downtown. The space is clean and comfortable and so is the bed. It’s in an old Petaluma neighborhood which is chill and quiet and steps away from everything you need. A bit of a walk for the smart train - if you’re going that route I’d recommend an Uber over. I’d definitely book it again and intend to do so next time I’m in Petaluma. If you have any questions reach out to the host and you’ll see why everyone rates this place 5 stars. Thanks Frank!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable and cozy with two different styles of pillows to choose from and soft sheets. The bath towels were nice to use as they were very absorbent. The bathroom was stocked with items you may have forgotten to bring. The kitchen was very well stocked, down to a mix of chocolate chip cookies and a few condiments in the fridge. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to a commercial area with places to eat was enjoyable. The host was in contact with us via the app, but we didn’t need a thing. I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area."

"The rooms were very clean and nicely organized. The kitchen had many condiments that would be needed to prepare food and the refrigerator was full size. We appreciated the washer and dryer and enjoyed spending time in the mornings and evenings on the balcony outside the door. The Peets coffee pods were greatly appreciated for relaxing mornings. The lighting in the bathroom is challenging for putting on makeup and shaving we noted. While the listing notes it is within walking distance from downtown, we found that it would have been quite a long hike to do so, measuring it at over a mile, so we drove to downtown Petaluma. Parking was a little tight as it is street parking and most spaces were taken."
