"Check in was good but the clerk checked me in under someone else's reservation. I was quite embarrassed when the original customer walked into the room. The clerk on staff corrected the situation and I was able to keep the upgraded room plus a void of the incidental fees."

"The staff was above and beyond kind and amazing. The room was very clean and the housekeeping very efficient. The hotel environment was very quiet, nice and calm. The bed sheets so soft and the pillows perfect. They offer cribs for the guest that has babies. Honestly our family experience was amazing in every aspect. This hotel is super budget friendly for what they offer. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back if I have to. 100/10 experience. "

"First off - staff was great. Pool area and gym fine. Restaurant leaves a bit to be desired but wouldn’t have prompted a review. Rooms are absolute garbage. Fresh renovation but they left the ancient windows and sealed them shut. Air conditioning did not work in my room nor my travel bud’s room. He got moved to three different rooms and they all had issues. Last room the plumbing didn’t work. Plumbing in common area washroom didn’t work either. I didn’t ask for a room change as it was a short visit and I didn’t want to pack my bag multiple times. This place sucks!"
