Top The Old Distillery Hotel Reviews
Talbot Hotel Midleton
8/10 Good
"great room and food"
Park Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"As a hotel with a wedding on it was busy but the staff were attentive and the food was good considering how many wedding guests were being served. The rooms are pretty standard for wedding hotels. It was pricey compared to what you'd get in areas with more competition, eg there is no in room safe or fridge but there is a bath instead of only a shower and good water pressure which was great. Parking is challenging as the carpark was always full and you do have to drive round to find somewhere but we always got a place. The electric charger wasn't available any night we were there and we had to use the fast chargers 5 mins drive away- a shame because it was a reason we chose to stay there. the bar staff were excellent the first night and could offer me all their zero alcohol drinks, on the second night they denied there was any zero alcohol merlot even when I said I'd been drinking it the night before. one of them wandered over to the bottles and read the labels and magically found it while the other was still telling me there was no zero alcohol wine, so it's worth pressing them to look. Also in contrast to many places nearby, no Guinness Zero. so in summary, I stayed there because I was attending a wedding and I am not well so we preferred to be somewhere I could get to bed quick if I needed to but if you're going to Dungarvan for the cycling or the sea and views, there are cheaper options than almost £1500 for 2 rooms for 3 nights and don't bank on charging your car."
Garryvoe Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Just back from the garryvoe hotel.our stay was amazing. Staff are so helpful and efficient. Food and breakfast was top notch. Notching a bother to any of the staff. Will definitely be back. Pauline walsh."
Walter Raleigh Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"What a gem, the staff, and managers (Brian and Jason) were excellent. Nothing was to much trouble. The food was absolutely fantastic(breakfast, bar meals and the Italian). The food was always hot, tasty and served beautifully. I would fully recommend this hotel."
Lawlors Hotel
8/10 Good
"It's an ancient hotel building with a maze of narrow halls and wonky flooring covered in thickly padded tartan carpet. The rooms were nice and roomy enough, but no a/c or fans, though the windows let in enough of an ocean breeze to keep us cool. Area pubs are great, as was the hotel bar. Everything is walkable but it's not a tourist town. People live there and the shops reflect that."
Cliff House Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Consistently excellent hotel."
Castlemartyr Resort

Gold Coast Resort Dungarvan
8/10 Good
"Nice tidal seaside location, large lodge house, nice quiet area, ideal family holiday location. Used pool and kids thoughly enjoyed it in there. Resort only a few minutes drive to Clonee beach and Dungarvan town."
Ardsallagh Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"A great stay! The rooms were great, the service too! We did a daytip to Jerpoint prior to arrival and to Ardmore the next day. Everything was perfect"
