Overall a great experience other than a request for 1:00 p.m. check-in because we had a handicap person with us was not that even though it was booked almost a year ago.
We did get an upgrade but one room did not have air conditioning for some reason.
Other than that everything was great

Perfect stay, very good location, had everything we needed. Nice room, comfy bed, lovely bathroom.
Breakfast leaves a little to be desired but is perfectly sufficient to set you up for the day!
