"This was a very happy surprise. The rooms are spacious. Bedding is comfortable. There was a kitchen area and a small dining area and loads of storage space. Modernized bathroom. But the biggest surprise was that the property is on a lake. Governor's Lake. Walk around the property and you come to a beautiful lawn and grounds that are beautifully manicured and a heavenly view. Great sunsets. Prices are reasonable. Pharmacy across the street and TBR across street (tavern) with great food and reasonable prices."

"These cabins are nestled among trees, with a board walking connecting one cabin to the next. The design feels Scandinavian and is very clever, providing everything one might need. There are drawers but no closets. The room and bathroom are spacious. The place includes a beverage refrigerator, a sink, and place settings."

"Receptionist was very accomodating. He even offered to give us a ride to Mahone Bay despite being busy. We were able to get a cab though but he was kind enough to offer the ride. Place got that old school charm. Room was complete and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the toiletries were nice. Scent was good! Right in front of the spots!"

"I travelled to Cozy Cottage with my partner and his 80 year old mother.The cottage is adorable and very well maintained. It is extremely clean and well stocked. The location is drivable to many enjoyable spots. But when the weather was nice, we preferred to stay right there and enjoy the scenery. We spent time in Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, and a trip to Peggy's Cove. It was relaxing, scenic, and basically a 10 out of 10. Can't wait to stay there again."
