"Arrival at property did not like the fact that there is no bathroom in the bedroom . Bathroom was down stairs and you can smell urine it so bad urine burnt my eyes. It was not conducive for my family . We left and send an email to customer care which was provided and no one provide a follow up email or phone call "

"Der var ingen personale til tjek-in da vi ankom. Hvilket er ok, men lidt kommunikation inden ankomst havde hjulpet. Da vi endelig fik fat i en ellers flink og hjælpsom mand skulle vi flytte hytte.
