The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating.
The hotel is situated in nice location. Very close to downtown- Temple square, Capitol, etc. There is a Budget car rental right across.

Property was OK. Staff was OK but I noticed after I checked out the following day my card was randomly billed for an additional $142 with no explanation. Not sure what’s up but I will figure it out.

Our bedsheets were dirty and had hairs on them. The front office had a smell to it. Maybe consider using an air freshener. In the middle of the night like 1am the downstairs neighbors on the far end were playing loud music/TV and had people over. Anyway, the manager was nice.
