There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. The mini-split is located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC, but do have fans. Check in time 4:00pm Check out time 10:00am Parking is located under our south building. There is also 24-hour, free street parking. Additionally, there is a small city parking lot across the street that is also free of charge. We want to remind you that there are no staff onsite. But we are always available if you send us an email. Pet-Friendly Stays at The Iconica We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at The Iconica!
