"This was the best stay we've had at a hotel in all of our travels. From checking in to checking out the customer service provided by all staff was bar none!! When we arrived to our suite the room was immaculate! The views were amazing! We could tell there was a lot of attention to detail that was put into the room. We got the breakfast buffet and everything tasted great. The pool area was a bit small but considering we went off peak, it was nice to have all to ourselves. And I can't stress how wonderful everyone from the staff was. Everyone we encountered greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make my anniversary vacation special."

"We had a wonderful stay at NUWA Macau, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the outstanding level of service and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The real highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. A special mention must go to Kyle at the Concierge, who was absolutely outstanding. He assisted us in every possible way, both during check-in and check-out, and made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. Kyle was exceptionally helpful, patient, and attentive, and his genuine care made a lasting impression on us. We would also like to sincerely thank Patrick, Ben, and John from the Bell Desk, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist whenever we needed anything made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. It is the people who make a hotel memorable, and the team at NUWA Macau certainly made our experience unforgettable. The combination of the beautiful modern room, excellent facilities, and—most importantly—the warm and exceptional service from the staff made this one of the best hotel experiences we have had.
