"We had a wonderful stay at NUWA Macau, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the outstanding level of service and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The real highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. A special mention must go to Kyle at the Concierge, who was absolutely outstanding. He assisted us in every possible way, both during check-in and check-out, and made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. Kyle was exceptionally helpful, patient, and attentive, and his genuine care made a lasting impression on us. We would also like to sincerely thank Patrick, Ben, and John from the Bell Desk, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist whenever we needed anything made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. It is the people who make a hotel memorable, and the team at NUWA Macau certainly made our experience unforgettable. The combination of the beautiful modern room, excellent facilities, and—most importantly—the warm and exceptional service from the staff made this one of the best hotel experiences we have had. "Our one-night stay at W Macau – Studio City exceeded our expectations and was a highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every staff member we met made us feel valued. The room was stunning—modern, spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, giving us one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered beautiful views, and the high-quality amenities made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The hotel’s design strikes a perfect balance between contemporary style and comfort, creating an elegant atmosphere without feeling overdone. Everything was immaculately maintained, and it was clear that great care goes into the guest experience. Its location within Studio City is also a major plus, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and attractions. What truly sets W Macau apart is its outstanding hospitality. The team’s attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a great stay into a memorable one. Although we were only there for one night, we left wishing we had booked longer. W Macau – Studio City has earned our highest recommendation, and we would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Macau."

"Everything is amazing about this hotel, the service, the room, the location and etc. if you’re coming to Macau I highly recommend, the room is gorgeous and huge. I had the king size suite and it was the nicest room I’ve stayed in Macau. Amenities were also all there. The in room massage is also excellent "
