Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the hotel’s Audi car service. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful when trying to assist us, and the front desk associate at checkout showed little urgency or follow-through. We stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without any updates, and no one ever followed up with us despite being told they would. For a luxury hotel, service and attentiveness matter just as much as the physical property. While the hotel itself is lovely, the lack of responsiveness and customer care left us disappointed overall.

Our room was nicely appointed and quiet. The coffee shop was gone, but the upgraded coffee machine in the lobby was a nice replacement. I hate to complain, but the beds were not very comfortable and the pillow were very lumpy - we had some trouble sleeping. Also, vacuuming the lobby in the morning around people sitting in the chairs and sofas was not very considerate, seems this could be done earlier, when there are no people having coffee and relaxing in the lobby. We were told we could split the bill when I called ahead of our visit, then we were told we could not do so when we arrived - awkward. The rooftop patio was enjoyable, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

We stayed in the three-bedroom cabin at the Quileute Tribe Resort for one night and booked through Expedia at an excellent rate considering the stunning views and direct beach access. The location itself is absolutely beautiful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing coastal stay. The cabin was very clean throughout, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We also appreciated the affordable beach fire permit offered at check-in, which made for a wonderful evening on the beach. Security staff were helpful and attentive, and the front desk associate who checked us in was extremely friendly and professional. That said, the property could benefit from updates and maintenance. Some balcony railings and exterior woodwork showed visible wear, including loose or damaged boards that should be addressed for safety. The furnishings and décor also felt dated and did not fully reflect the higher-end pricing typically associated with the resort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt we received a very good value for the rate we paid. With some upgrades, maintenance improvements, and a more refined aesthetic that better reflects the Quileute Tribe and surrounding natural beauty, this resort could offer an even more exceptional guest experience.
