The room was spacious and clean, well equipped, and the outdoor terrace very nice, being big enough to sit out on with my family I was travelling with. The bathroom was large and clean, with a separate toilet. All members of staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, a special mention going to Manon. It was ideally located, a short walk to the church and sanctuary and close to all amenities.

This hotel was a 3 minute walk to the Sanctuary on a very busy street. Excellent location, indoor parking very helpful staff, especially the charming gentleman from Liverpool who checked us in and gave us the highlights of the Lourdes experiance. the room was clean, well organized and suited to pilgrims.
