Wonderful hotel with excellent staff Beautiful rooftop bar with lovely cocktails and staff again were amazing Great ferry boat to the beach Pool was very clean Loved everything about the hotel 2nd visit and will definitely be back

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly during check-in, had gold cart transportation to our villa and back to the main building. The walk back and forth was beautiful along the water and only took about 3 min each way. We arrived late in the day and the restaurants were closing but the staff let us eat before close, they didn't have to but was very much appreciated! Food was amazing at the restaurants and the food court was also just as amazing. Room was beautiful with a beautiful view, balcony and super clean! Will definitely stay again and definitely recommend to stay here!

The staff was very friendly and kind each time we spoke to them, they made check in and check out very smooth and easy! They were easily the best part of our stay, thank you for your kindness! :) Everything in the public areas was kept quite clean, vacuumed and swept regularly from sandy feet! They had a light continental breakfast daily, which was nice. The view of the beach was wonderful as well! The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, creamer, coffee etc.. However, there was an overwhelming smell of fabuloso when you walk in the lobby door, and an unknown chemical smell in our room. The air was set to 65, but it was always very hot with the ac and the ceiling fan both running.. i know, it was June in Florida, but the system was not working efficiently. The handle to the closet was falling off and in fact, came off in my hand at one point, the in-room phone did not work, and nothing was plugged in, so we spent a fair amount of time trying to figure out why the TV and lamp didn't work before plugging them in. You can also hear everything going on in the neighbors rooms. I read a lot of reviews before choosing this hotel and expectations were higher than what we got, although the staff was excellent and I enjoyed the beach view as well, I would not stay again.

This property was quite, and cozy. We sat on our balcony, had our morning coffee, and got to watch dolphins, manatees, stingray, and sharks. Plus all kinds of water birds . The screen on the porch, made it hard to get good pictures, but definitely helped with bugs. We can't wait to go again. We went for 5 days. Next time, it will be no shorter than 10.
