Hard to find parking and valet closes early. Front desk was not helpful at check in and didn’t explain the amenities at all. They did not honor Expedia free drink voucher at stated when I made my reservation. Rooftop bar is very busy and hard to get a reservation or spot at the bar as it is open to the public, but great drinks and views. Room was very nice.

It was amazing! Chantel helped us check in and the process was smooth. Overall we had a blast!

That staff was exceptional... my brother became ill when we arrived and they couldn't have been more caring or thoughtful

Stayed 4/15-22/26. It was okay. Staff was probably the reason I gave 4 stars, they were great. However, owner/management needs to step it up. After we booked the 2 bedroom, we received notification that the elevators in building #2 weren’t working. However, we had no idea what building they were putting us in. We had a disabled member and upon checking in, were told our building had the unworking elevator. I mentioned I saw the email stating such but the way they communicated it, it never stated our room would be in that building. I spoke to another guest who said they agreed, it was very misleading. We also saw another guest having to tote an oxygen tank up two floors of stairs. A staff member said they don’t understand why it’s not fixed and using the excuse they can’t get anyone out there to fix it makes no sense. We think management just doesn’t want to pay for it. Also - if you want a quiet place to stay, this place isn’t for you. We knew there was nightly bands, but we didn’t know the layout of our building and the bar/band was centered directly in the middle and it was loud. However, we did enjoy it from our balcony and the music stops at 11 pm so it wasn’t horrible. But just know, this place is never quiet. Food at Tiki was always delicious and consistent, The staff was great. There’s supposed to be someone in guest parking to move the cones as they block the entryway into the lot. Half the time there was no one there so we had to get out of the car & move them.
