For the Expedia $10 food credit they gave me a coupon for the Sharp restaurant. I didn’t read the fine print and ordered from the Happy Hour menu and wasn’t able to use it so I gave it to the shuttle driver. The staff was very friendly and helpful except for one person.

A cost-effective option for the outskirts of Seattle. The exterior, property and rooms are a bit worn, but all amenities were functional, it seemed clean all around and the staff were helpful. It's just off the highway, but it's quiet enough and the Renton/southern Bellevue area is pleasant enough to warrant visiting. I would choose this place again given its price and proximity to the Seattle area.

Wonderful staff. $50 parking, $28 “amenities fee”, and a bit of a party-vibe (loud guests until 3am…hotel should enforce quiet hours) made the experience a little less enjoyable.
