Hotel was nice but not as nice as other Kimptons I have stayed at. Our room was an accessible room which definitely felt like a different hotel experience - not the same level of decor or quality.

There were only a few issues. The furniture and wallpaper need updating the lighting in the bathroom was not good. Bathtubs are out of date, and for older people, dangerous to navigate. The HVAC system let cold air in from the outside.
Pros: very friendly staff. The restaurant served up very tasty food the bed was okay but felt a bit saggy and worn out.

The refrigerator in the room is so small you really can’t keep anything in it..and it wasn’t even cold…other then that it was a comfortable stay

They are updating the place a little so construction everywhere -painters debris on the floor- There was a felony Police incident right behind the hotel when I was leaving. The room was hastily cleaned and not done very good. The room itself was comfortable and spacious with a big bed
