I arrived to the property prior to check in times and informed them that I would be returning late so I wouldn’t be considered a no show. She said that was perfectly fine. They were 24 hours. When I arrive to check in. I stopped at the kiosk for 15 minutes with No assistant. I had to call the number, at least five times in order for them to respond, and even after I waited another 15 minutes until someone was able to help me on the kiosk. Aside from that. The property itself is great very clean and well-maintained.

The gentleman at the front desk, Brandon, was so helpful and professional. All of the staff was so attentive. The facility itself was incredible. It has a great variety of gym equipment but my favorite part of it was by far the pool. The location is great. We were within walking distance of Grand Central Market and The Last Little Bookstore. I definitely plan on visiting again and extending my stay.

"I travelled with family. I like that it is has a 24-hour cafe that caters for those who come in very late. We were not aware that they have that there as from previous hotels where we stayed in, they do not usually have that or if they do, they close early. We had to make several stops in our attempt ..."
