The open plan living and dining area creates a welcoming space to relax together, featuring a large sofa, TV, and a six seater dining table for shared meals or evening downtime. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, with an oven, gas stovetop, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, utensils, and cutlery. Whether preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying dinner at home, the layout keeps things simple and practical. Two bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to five guests. The master features a double bed, while the second includes 2 single beds plus a pull-out trundle (3 singles), making it well suited for families or mixed groups. A central bathroom and internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer add convenience, particularly for longer stays. Outside, the front porch offers leafy outlooks and ocean views a lovely spot to enjoy fresh air, a morning coffee, or a quiet moment after a day at the beach. With free parking and the shoreline only moments away, this apartment offers a relaxed coastal stay right in the heart of The Entrance. Key Stay Information Bedroom 1: 1 x Double Bedroom 2: 2 x Singles + 1 x Trundle Access & Keys: This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply. Listing Cancellation Policy: Reservations up to 27 nights: Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community. Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Nicely renovated bathroom. The location is excellent with everything within walking distance and right across the road from the water with balcony views. The only minor drawback is that there is no wifi which in this day and age is very unusual - especially with kids. Unfortunately it took a few times of asking the "manager" to find this out.
