The whole building is really quiet, perfect for relaxation From the living, dining, kitchen area and master bedroom, you have a full view of the beach. No need to get out of bed to watch the sunrise. The toilet and bathroom works fine and clean. But needs to be updated. Walking distance to playground, shops and restaurants. Don’t recommend ordering food from Chang Thai, they need to improve the quality of their food and it took an hour for our food to be ready😤 Overall, we’re happy with this property and will definitely consider renting this again in the future ##### Carlito C. Nice new kitchen but no dishwasher & no washing up detergent supplied which we thought strange. Bathroom/laundry was very dated but clean & shower had great water pressure. A short walk to the restaurants and shops. First impression of the apartment is its neat and tidy, but the bathroom/toilet/laundry are very dated. The limiting factor of the getaway is having to bring everything from dish-washing liquid, tea/coffee/sugar/hand-towels, toilet paper and very few cleaning instruments provided and if you do not leave the property clean and tidy there are very big fines attached. ##### Bruce S.
