The patio furniture cushions needs some updating at the pool and bars. But beautiful property

We will start with the cons, the pool doesn’t open until 10am and closes at 8pm and when checkout is 11am I just feel that is not very thoughtful for the guests to have it open so late, my daughter really wanted to go swimming but we weren’t able to because it opened so late. The other con we had was that a housekeeper randomly opened our door around 9am, far before checkout, she didn’t knock or apologize just gasped and then left, as if our room was usually unoccupied or something. It was really strange and uncomfortable as anyone could have been unclothed. And we weren’t given a reason or apology. The last con was that we all woke up super congested because of the ac unit even though it says they change it every 3 months(hmm?) Beyond those things the kitchen was nicely stocked and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again!

They staff always goes above and beyond. It is a wonderful hotel with beautiful views.

It really nice. Nice having covered free parking. Had a 4th floor beach view, with a screened in balcony to watch the sunset. Place was clean. Direct access to the beach (advise wearing feet protection: shells are sharp & uncomfortable). Enjoyed the salt water pool (depth 4'-8') & the Hot Tub felt so good on my tired muscles. They do need office directional signage, had to ask someone for help. Also, be careful upon going in/out of balcony door: it has floor base (broke a toe when I didn't step high enough). All in all, we really enjoyed time here, and would definitely return, if we get the chance.
