Arrived at Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa on Captiva to a welcoming friendly staff with an early check in. Chris at the front desk is most helpful with answering any questions a guest may have. The Pool was inviting and Pool Bar served delicious cocktails and tasty food options. The beach across the street is beautiful with chairs and umbrellas for rent. Had a wonderful dining experience at the Old Captiva House. Would highly recommend this gem of a resort on Captiva.

The room was really nice and clean. The pool was a good size and there was nar service at the pool. Not sure why, but our room had the fire detectors missing. The staff at the check in desk were not very helpful and were crabby at times. Great access to the beach. Could purchase chairs with an umbrella at the beach but sometimes they were put out around 10 am.
