"Room was clean, nicely furnished, albeit quite small , it had everything we needed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the boardwalk, walking up to the sounds of the ocean and being able to walk out right on the beach was the best part. Parking staff and front desk staff were pleasant though not much contact. The only comment I have is that the green carpet in the hallways looked dingy and in need of some deep cleaning. Otherwise, hotel stay was good, I would book with Moxy again. "

"Room smelled of cigarette smoke, condition of hotel was not maintained properly backs up to public parking and it was extremely noisy at night until early morning could not sleep due to this I left 3 days earlier then my check out date"

"This hotel is old and run down! I will say this though, staff members were incredibly friendly, the ocean front view was incredible! Parking was on the next block but not so bad considering so many hotels don’t have on site parking. Tons of restaurants in the area, boardwalk is right there."

"The morning breakfast was wonderful. The ocean view was perfection. The rooms were very nice had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and informative on their amenities. They also provided a list of road closures for special events happening during our stay. Truly a life saver having that handy so we knew how to plan our day. Easy access parking garage was also a great bonus. Would definitely book here again when in the area. "

"Floors falling apart on every single level! Numerous broken doors. Our patio door wouldn't slide open, metal was bent couldnt unlock it. Couldn't get into door from our parking deck because the doorknob was coming off the door. Told staff 3 times it broken nobody fixed it. Had to walk from level 3 down to 2 just to get to elevator. Not ADA friendly. Pool was dirty and over crowded. Its posted that no more than 11 people allowed in the pool at a time, our last night there had 23 in it. Toilet was broken in our room. No hot water to take shower due to some malfunction with laundry room on our floor. Booked and paid for 4 days 3 nights in a large room with kitchenette and balcony. Our reservation got screwed up with computer so we didnt get the room we paid for 1st day, they said they didnt have any that we paid for available and put us in a small room with all the problems. Telephones weren't working at front desk, we tried to call for help when there was a parking issue but nobody answered so we had to park in another businesses unauthorized parking lot just so we had somewhere to park and get to our hotel. Can't park at our hotel until you receive a parking permit for garage after checking in.. Couldn't check in until so we had somewhere down the road to park. None of the staff cares about the problems, you tell them the problems and they just strug it off ohwell. No compensation for problems just more headaches. Wifi didnt work above the 1st floor. Building has 10 floors.👎"
