The Danele Shipley Memorial Arena

Rooms don't have microwaves. that is my only complaint. However, there is one in a common area.

Great staff

I was shocked by the bad condition of the hotel, the bad smell in my room, and most importantly the fact that I could hear EVERYTHING in the adjoining room. Every word, every footstep, every sound from the TV. When I asked the front desk to move me to another room, I was told that the hotel was sold out and that there was nothing they could do. To top it off, when I tried to get breakfast at about 8:30 am the next morning at the hotel restaurant where breakfast is advertised as starting at 7 am, I was told that I would have to wait for 20-30 minutes because the "chef was running late in getting to work." Again, I was appalled at the condition of this hotel and its services (or lack thereof).
