"Pretty good hotel. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, but the place was busy. Had some trouble with the wifi - kept getting kicked off. Clean room. Pretty good breakfast. Nice pool/hot tub area. Could use an extra elevator, as the two were always busy and sometimes there was a wait. Some decent restaurants close by."

"I stay here quite frequently when visiting grand forks. I have noticed a decline in cleanliness at the property though. I emailed the general manager about my observations but received no response. I absolutely love the staff at the Baymont, i have never had an issue with anyone from front desk to breakfast attendants to housekeeping. They are all very friendly and accommodating. The issue i have is with the overall cleanliness of the room. There was visible debris all along the baseboards...

"For as old as it is, it was very nice and clean. Rooms were updated, but still had some age showing. We stayed in the bridal suite but didnt know the jet tub wasnt working completely until we checked in."
