"We stayed here twice on our way to/from CO/MN. Both times, the front desk guys were soooooo accommodating. It was a time of year when it was not busy so they were able to do room changes (to 1st floor). I love that there are so many room varieties - i.e. pet friendly, king suite, family suite (3rd floor). We moved down to 114 and 115 which were amazing and roomy with sofa for hanging out together. Adult kids had pet room right down the hall. The parking and hot tubs were super convenient. Hot tubs were very clean. Breakfast was great and had many choices. * flip the switch DOWN to turn on the heat (signage was a little confusing). I would - and DID - stay here again."
