Nice hotel, big rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better as very limited choice. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel full of character and fascinating features from its former life as a bank. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, diligent and helpful – particularly in the cocktail bar. The only thing lacking is a full service restaurant with cooked breakfast options, although this is mitigated somewhat by the snacks, fruit, light bites and drinks available at the coffee bar. Plenty of local dining options available within walking distance also. Overall, a great place to stay.

Nice, quiet and accessible to eateries

We only stayed a night but wish it was longer. It is a lovely hotel - well maintained and appointed, friendly and efficient staff, good facilities. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Room clean, bed comfortable with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast typical Hampton which was tasty with plenty of choices. Only small gripe was the fact of window blinds (which let a certain degree of light in) instead of blackout curtains. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Hotel is in a great location for Mount Rushmore, Custer state park and other nearby attractions. Plenty of parking and room was good - comfortable beds and other amenities including toiletries. Unfortunately no coffee/tea in room but it was available at the front desk 24/7. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast included both hot and cold options.

Lovely room, nice bar area for drinks. Breakfast options limited but there are plenty of other options closeby.

Free parking was great, room was lovely & beds really comfortable. Breakfast was plenty of choice of hot & cold foods. Loved the location for walking up the road for restaurants. Location good too for exploring around the area with the car.
