This hotel was well located for the Great Ocean Road. The hot spring soak was great. Dinner at Tides was amazing. Wonderful food and great service. The reception staff are all new, very nice and attentive. The owners/management are just pure greedy. I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s not worth what they charge you can’t even find basic amenities in the room!
