"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Basically a nice hotel room right next to The Homestead and the Great Hall, so worked perfectly for a convention held in those facilities."

"Location was great. Perfect size for me and my two tweens. Unit is comfortable and the deck was quiet with a northeast exposure. Property was a little tired but plenty of parking. Kitchen was very small but well appointed. There is a hot plate instead of an oven/stove, but again, perfect for us. We grilled and used the hot plate. I didn’t like that the fridge was a very small, hotel size unit. It just wasn’t enough space since we enjoy cooking while we vacation. Also, the hide a bed mattress was not very sturdy. Fine for kids but I don’t think it would work for an adult. We will look forward to staying again (and bringing a cooler)"

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bikes are in dis-repair, worn tires, some were flat, no tire patch kit or air pump available at the house, I had to fix the brake cable on a couple of the bikes. Pool table, Ping pong table are good to go. We did not use the jacuzzi, it looked like it was in great shape and ready to use. Pots and pans are in serious need of replacement, very old and worn out. Kitchen microwave has this silly hard to find “open door” button on the digital panel that you must select, then use the manual push to open button! Need to buy a modern user-friendly microwave. Kitchen refrigerator kept going into alarm for the freezer being warm, loud chirping noise, after the doors had been closed for a long time, the only way to stop the alarm was to cycle the refer circuit breaker. This refrigerator is not big enough to support four couples and a kid; we had to use ice chests to keep our sodas, waters, beers and juices cold. Need to have a garage refrigerator. There was no kitchen surface cleaning product, we had to buy some to keep the surfaces clean. Backyard patio bricks along the edge are loose and fall off the ledge of the foundation when you step on them, causing a trip/fall hazard, very dangerous and needs immediate attention before someone gets seriously hurt. FYI! The door for the laundry room/half bathroom does not lock for privacy."

"This property fit our family's needs perfectly. We are five families with 4 grandchildren and the five bedrooms with six bathrooms were perfect for our comfort and convenience. The only thing we missed was to have two smaller bicycles for the 6- and 7-year-olds. There were plenty of bicycles for the two older grandchildren and the adults."
