"Wonderful staff and wonderful stay! The breakfast staff in the lobby in the morning was especially wonderful and the bar staff made us feel like regulars by the second night which was fun. I will say that the room service hours were not the same as what was listed in the information in our room so when we were needing lunch options quickly, it was disappointing to know that we would have to wait for another hour and a half. (The brochure in our room said that lunch would be available to order starting at 11 however, when we called down to the kitchen staff, they said it wouldn’t start until 1230. So there was a gap of time between when breakfast was offered in the lobby and when you could order room service to your room.) That would not deter us from staying there again however as the overall hotel was great."

"Excellent location and a few blocks walking distance to the White House. We were tired and hungry upon check-in and didn't want to leave the premise to look for a place to eat. We were both pleasantly surprised to discover the on-site restaurant at the front entrance. We checked in on a weekday and were able to get a table without a reservation. The restaurant had a French style bistro ambiance and the food and cocktails were delicious. Our reservation included a bottle of wine, which we didn't get initially and had to call in as a reminder. Right away staff apologized and sent up our bottle of wine. Overall, a pleasant experience and five stars for location."

"Great customer service from the staff downstairs. I wish I had more time to interact with them and some of the guest at the hotel during the events they had over the week! I would love to stay here again when I come back to DC to visit family throughout the year. I address some of the small details like the curtains being stuck closed but otherwise a great experience."

"This property exceeded our expectations My husband and I were truly amazed. The beds were so comfortable that my husband asked me to find out the name brand of the mattress so that we could order one for our home. They have great amenities and have everything covered even down to a playroom for children. Only thing we did not enjoy. Was the height of the toilet our toilet at home sits high and this toilet at the Omni felt like it was barely off the floor. It felt like a toilet at the elementary school. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect FOOD temperature balcony, air quality smell everything."
