"Our king suite was located on the 4th floor, end of hallway. It was quiet and clean. I occasionally heard the train but it was in the distance and faint; the only reason I heard it was due to trouble adjusting to time zone change. Nice nook with microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. Convenient to Publix grocery store, Walmart, Aldi's, many fast food restaurants and some fun local restaurants. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. I've had better breakfasts at cheaper/lower ranked motels. Thankfully I'm not a big breakfast person. The area was clean and staff nice. Don't think I saw anyone in fitness center or pool."

"Incredible Property!We absolutely loved our stay. The home was IMMACULATE and beautifully maintained. The water views and private pool were absolutely beautiful, and we loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the peaceful setting. And of course, the provided Manatees Coffee was good we purchased some for home. Communication was always fast and helpful, which made everything so easy. Such a relaxing and wonderful stay — we would absolutely stay here again!"

"Traveling with with big Tabby Cat. Not a problem! Place was clean, the sheets were crisp and smelled clean, bathroom was very clean! Place is perfect for long or short term rental. The grounds are amazing and loving the music from the restaurants across the water. I highly would recommend this place to everyone! Very private and secluded. Love all of the boats! This area is amazing! The units are new and fresh! Had to extend my stay..not a problem!Will stay again!Happy Travels! Thank"
