You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The Cabin Getaway

We want you to feel right at home staying at our family cabin.

The Private cabin located at 3425 Demun Rd, which happens to be a maintained seasonal road surrounded by 60 acres. You will most likely see some dear and turkeys and even bears, so enjoy the wildlife.

You have your own pond to fish, and swim. There is even a large slide for the everyone. Located on a dirt road and low traffic very secluded. You can bring your pets, if they are part of your family they are welcome.

We are in the center of everything that the Southren Tier of NY has to offer, wineries, Keuka Lake 30 min drive, Watkins Glenis a 45 min drive, Coring Museum of Glass 20 min drive.

Enjoy the outdoor patio and lounge in the Hammock. Stay for the hunting season, (with owners permission for hunting land) and hunt nearby State Lands.

At night just relax by a camp fire, i do provide some firewood but i would like to ask if you are able to bring some for stays longer than 2 nights. You can watch a movie on our 70 inch tv with surround sound. There are several things for the children to do. We have corn hole boards, kayaks ,football table and board games if it’s a rainy day.
For those who wish to book for a party, reunion or wedding there is a great Tiki bar that is perfect for all occasions. Plenty of parking for all. Special rates for party’s over 15 people.

Remember we are off the beaten path and you are on VACATION so, the reception on cell phones may or may not work. Verizon seems to be the best in the area. Basic TV with no Netflix or streaming. This may seem like an inconvenience but believe me once you have arrived, you will find that you can live without all that technology or Wi-Fi.

We have a full kitchen that is supplied with all the cooking utensils, pot and pans and even spices to barbecue on the patio. The propane is also provided,
We supply the blankets, linens, towels and laundry soap for your stay and TP.

For your security, I have put in a wall safe to store your valuables. If you want to use I will send you the code. No charge for use.

Hot tub, fire pits, downstairs is all open to the gorgeous surroundings, beautiful natural staircase. They are working to get it ready for their busy season. We came a little too early in the year to appreciate everything available.

A great place to make memories

A great place for an isolated get away and relaxing stay. It was just what my wife and I were looking for, but you could so easily imagine the wonderful larger family gatherings that have and can happen at this property.

Perfect Getaway

Property is as Advertised! Peaceful and secluded. Great outdoor space. Fishing was excellent. Lots of deer around every evening. It was great for just the two of us, but could hold a small group nicely. Thank you.

Great, Private Cabin

The property is beautiful. We really enjoyed the game/sitting area under the cabin. The zip line, the slide and the hot tub were great. Our only issues were that we needed to fill the hot tub as the water level was quite low and there was no smoke detector that we could see.

Amazing outdoor space

We really had an amazing time at this property! Rented for a long weekend with friends before our wedding day and everyone had the best time. The thing we kept saying was, we will have to do this again next year but for longer! Only hiccup we ran into was Google maps got us turned around a bit, but we should have downloaded the maps ahead of time. Service getting to the spot was limited but we actually had decent service once we were there. 10-10 recommend!

Lovely country home

Peaceful Stay

Mary was such a sweet host. We had a late arrival and she had the wood stove started for us and some lights on so we didn’t arrive in the dark. She was great with communication. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay and it was just what we were looking for. We can’t wait to bring our kids back in the summer to enjoy the amazing amenities.

We enjoyed our summer getaway at this beautiful property. We were lucky enough to have a double rainbow on the first day and our pup loved having the pond right there for swimming the whole trip. Hoping to come back next year!

Great experience

This property was absolutely gorgeous, the pond wraps around the whole cabin and is very good fishing. We went here for our anniversary and it will be one to save for sure. Mary was great it was very easy to get in and very easy instructions on leaving and locking down.

Family Fun

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! Our 3 children were outside playing sun up to sundown! The cabin was clean and cozy and the outdoor patio is all set up for fun. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next summer!

Beautiful, remote, relaxing and plenty to do. Kayak, swim, float, play, zip line, soak in tub, enjoy a campfire. Ideal for glamping. Totally escape from reality and recharge.

Great place in the middle of nowhere

I wish we had been able to stay longer. The place was quiet and beautiful, in a remote setting. The pond was large and fun to swim in. The girls loved the slide and the kayaks. We used the patio until late and got to see a small herd of deer wander near. My only complaint could be that the small bedroom didn't have a window ac, and the girls decided to sleep in the living room because it was hot, but honestly it's small. It is a cabin, so can't expect luxury, lol.

Family Vacation

This is a fun place to stay with lots to do right on the property. There is no wifi & we couldn't play Foosball because there were no balls but there was so many other things to do it wasn't a big deal.
