We normally book a hotel for our trips but prices in the Galway area were very high at the time of our visit as there was a music festival in progress. Room was very warm despite heating being off, not usually an issue but as we were at the front of the hotel having the window open meant we had a lot of traffic noise from the very busy road. comfy bed with mattress and pillow protectors nice deep bath. Free wifi good enough to stream a movie without buffering.

We stayed for one night. The location is great, right by the beach, great views from the beach-side rooms. Very welcoming and all staff friendly and ready to help when asked. Lots of space to park.

We stayed in Ennis as a base so we could visit the Cliffs of Moher and Father Ted's house. It was perfect for us. The staff were really friendly and even got our room early because we had been on the road for four hours. They made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. Our family room was excellent with a good size double bed and bunk beds for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting County Clare.
