You will have full access to everything at the property.

The interior was designed by a renowned Dutch Designer, and the house's timber style was designed by a Japanese designer. The style is unique to this island.

You will usually require a rental vehicle to move around the Island. There is also the option to travel to the island by private helicopter or private yacht.

Stunning views, expansive decks and a beautifully positioned pool define the experience, while large glass sliding doors create an effortless connection between the interior and surrounding landscape.

Part of the wider Haiku House series, it was designed as a pioneering expression of timber architecture and innovative engineering. Distinct from the island’s traditional architectural language, Haiku House is exceptional in both concept and appearance and has managed to blend seamlessly into its natural setting for already over thirty years.

Haiku House offers a breathtaking setting for many kinds of stay. It is as suited to a solitary retreat for writing, reflection or creative focus as it is to an intimate stay for two, or gathering with family or close friends surrounded by beauty, space and complete discretion. Though local shops and restaurants run by friendly locals are still within easy reach.

Its interior was originally designed by renowned Dutch designer Jan des Bouvrie, adding a layer of outstanding Dutch design heritage. Over the years, Haiku House has been frequented many times by various international artists, film icons and other celebrities, such as the Dutch Royal Family, reinforcing its place as one of the island’s most distinctive private residences.
