"This was our 25th anniversary and we were looking for luxury. The online pictures are very deceiving. The lobby was nice and the courtyard was pretty. However, the rest was beyond sub-par. The furniture was old and banged up, the carpet was stained, snagged, and coming up in the corners. There were drips of paint on the carpet and the vinyl flooring. The balcony door was rotted on the bottom. The baseboards were dirty and chipped. They patched holes in the walls without even the slightest attempt to match the texture of the wall. And the towels....dingy grey and well worn, to say the least. The tub grouting was dirty. The refrigerator was back in a corner so close to a wall that you barely had room to open it. I have a bruise on my arm from banging my shoulder on the freezer door handle every time that I tried to reach into the refrigerator. The only saving grace for this place was Ty at the front desk. He was so helpful and always smiling. Just a really nice guy. I always try to stay at a Choice hotel. I would have been better off at a Comfort Inn. It was a wasted $800+ for a two night stay. "

"Fabulous place to stay - would highly recommend! Great location- views of the bay and conveniently located near wonderful restaurants and things to do. Very walkable location but valet service was quick and easy with our rental car. Daily happy hour was fun with wine and significant appetizers- lots of fun common areas, including a rooftop patio with fire pits, to sit and enjoy. Daily breakfast included- you select what you want and where you want it delivered the night before (including the time) and they call right before delivering to let you know they are on their way. Facilities felt very new / updated, clean and comfortable. Iced tea, lemonade and water available complementary all day. Easy check in process and got us in a room as soon as they had one ready. Staff was all super friendly, helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay there again! "

"This is such a beautiful location. Nice hotel but needs maintenance and updating. There was damage on the ceiling of my room. The repair was noticeable and messy. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. There is a nice balcony, comfortable bed and great view. "
