The location was excellent. Nice and close to bourke street mall. The hotel room room was a good size, but the bathroom was tight, especially between the toilet and toilet door. Luggage storage was friendly and secure.

The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable.
