"Let me start by saying the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and informative when I arrived. Room was clean and A/C blew cold. We stayed on the 7th floor and the ice machine didn’t work. We had to go to the 8th floor for ice everytime. Gym was good. Enough to work with and the pool was decent."

She was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable right away. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience, but Whitney definitely did that for us. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a great first impression and really set the tone for our stay. We truly appreciate everything she did and we will definitely be back to the Barnett! Whitney is definitely an asset to the team!"
