Front of house staff was amazingly friendly and productive. Everything was very clean and well maintained compared to a lot of hotels in the area. Breakfast quality was pretty good for a free buffet, but the food / bus staff was very slow - at one point falling back to extremely flimsy paper plates when they couldn't keep up with dishes.
The pool was great, the balcony was nice, my view of the part and ferris wheel was great, and the location is very close to anything you could want to do in Atlanta.
Had some trouble with the handle of my room - it would refuse to open to either my key or security's master key. Had to have assistance to open it twice, but both instances were very timely and apologetic- was a very small inconvenience that they remedied by taking off two nights from my parking charges! Very kind of them.
Would 100% come back here, and will recommend this location to others looking to stay in Atlanta.
